- Shipping & Delivery
Performance Recordings® ships merchandise world-wide.
Orders over $40 are shipped free within the U.S. Shipping and handling charges apply for U.S. orders under $40 and international orders under $75.

If you are unable to enter your address because the country is not on the list of countries in the shipping dialog, please email email@example.com for assistance. Alternatively, you can enter a valid address in a country nearby and provide your actual shipping address in special instructions field prior to entering your payment information during the checkout process.
If quoted shipping and handling costs are obviously too high, please write directly to orders@PerformanceRecordings.com, giving your address and listing the items you want. Shipping outside the USA is free for orders of $75 and up!
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.
Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Performance Recordings® is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
- Return Policy
All LP and book sales are final.
LPs that we sell are new and sealed, but are not guaranteed. We are assuming that the customer has a good LP playback system with properly-chosen and -matched turntable, arm, cargridge, and preamp.
We will replace defective CDs for the same title only within 30 days. Email us for more information.
All payments to Performance Recordings® are handled by PayPal. PayPal provides multiple payment options, including paying by Credit Card and from Checking Accounts. Currency conversions are also handled by PayPal.
We never receive your banking information.
